At the age of 10, I learned to barbecue by helping my family run their barbecue business. For over 30 years, my family had been serving up the best barbecue in town, using a recipe that had been passed down for generations. As I grew older, I became more involved in the business, perfecting my grilling skills and learning the secrets to making the perfect sauce.

Over time, I began to experiment with the family recipe, adding my own unique twists to create something truly special. After many long nights of testing and tasting, I finally developed a one-of-a-kind BBQ sauce that was both mild and spicy, with just the right balance of flavors.

But I didn't stop there. I also developed a dry rub and all-purpose seasoning blend, using only the finest ingredients and spices. With my new recipes in hand, I decided to take a risk and start selling my products in St. Louis, where I quickly gained a following of loyal customers.

My brand is built on the tradition and legacy of my family's barbecue business, but it also represents something new and exciting.
